It’s about time again for The Real Moment, so I thought another teaser of Kelly and Chris would make you smile. I adore this real moment from their first dance.
If you like this, you’re going to love the full post of their gorgeous wedding when it hits the blog soon!
Still an all-time favorite father/daughter dance image.
Here’s another real moment for you! It doesn’t get much cuter than this. :)
From Christine & Drew’s Fairleigh Dickinson University wedding.
Lisa and Joe’s reception entrance through sparklers. Mesa, Arizona. Full blog post coming soon!
When a photograph captures a real moment, it’s emotional. It’s meaningful. Interesting. Authentic. You know, it’s real.
But I’m not here to write a bunch of fluffy words to describe the art of capturing a real moment. I don’t want to exaggerate to the point where my words compete with the basic power of a photograph. What I do want to tell you is that, for me, there is a thrill in capturing a real moment in time. I want to explore that emotion, which makes up the basis of who I am as a photographer.
So, as an ongoing series here on my blog, I’ll be sharing the images that get to the heart of what makes photography so important to me. In The Real Moment, I’ll share one photo in each post, and maybe a few words, to explore the emotion of capturing the authentic, the interesting, the meaningful, the REAL photographs of a wedding.
Stay tuned. I think you’re going to like it.
