Jessica & Gregory | A New Jersey Wedding

I had such a hard time narrowing down the images for this post!  Jessica and Gregory are an absolutely beautiful couple.  I mean, drop-dead gorgeous.  Jessica’s bridal portraits alone took me hours to sort through because I just kept stopping to admire how amazing they looked!

One of the most special aspects of the day was this incredible fact:  Jess did her own flowers with the help of her mother and her bridesmaids.  All of the flowers.  Bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces, the flowers on the cake.  Everything!  I was seriously floored by her talent.  Please, read on and enjoy these images from one of the most beautiful weddings I’ve had the privilege of photographing this year!

Love this shot of Greg that my second-shooter Pete captured.

See what I mean?  Gorgeous bride, gorgeous flowers.  I still can’t believe she did them herself!

The couple made time for a “First Look” before their ceremony and it was such a beautiful moment.  They knew that this was a sure way to get the BEST romantic, emotional images on their day – and they definitely got them!

Remember, Jess is the mastermind behind the flowers!  Amazing!

The dancing was absolutely fantastic.

I loved using the stems of a bouquet for the ring shot, and the LOVELY cake decorated with flowers by Jessica and her mom!

Jess and Greg, I can’t thank you enough for being such a great couple to photograph.  I was so honored to be there for your beautiful, amazing day!  Thank you!

Wow, oh, wow!  I have a PRETTY wedding to share with you today!  Jillian and Kyle – I already knew you guys were gorgeous when I shot your engagement session last year.  Still, I was just floored by the beauty of your wedding, your joyful family and friends, and the overall AMAZING details of your day.

But, let’s just get to it … pictures!

I’m a huge fan of getting ready moments.  Love this shot below of mom and bride.  :)

Also, thanks to Pete for shooting details of the guys getting ready!

Bridesmaids flowers?  A-mazing.

Bubbles make me happy, and that little guy’s face above?  Super happy!

We took some time to do more wedding pictures over at the Merrill Creek Reservoir and had a blast!

I’m a big fan of this bridal party!

And then, wow.  The grounds of the Architects Golf Club are to die for.  There was pretty, pretty light everywhere!

Pure joy!

Jaclynn + Radley | Hunterdon Hills Playhouse Wedding | Hampton, NJ

If their engagement session was any indication, I knew their wedding was bound to be an extremely joyous day.   I found myself smiling incessantly, laughing out loud, and joking right along with Jaclynn, Radley and their wonderful family and friends.  Jaclynn’s parents beamed with pride all day, and Radley’s family brought along a bounty of Southern charm – I even caught myself saying y’all a few times!   Throughout the entire day, this incredible love shared by Jacklynn and Radley was celebrated by all.

I’m so excited to share these images from their wedding.  It was threatening rain most of the afternoon, but the folks at Hunterdon Hills Playhouse were so right to not stray from the original plan of an outdoor ceremony!  The rain held off until well after everyone was inside at the reception!

Here are Jaclynn’s gorgeous pearl earrings.  I also learned that they were resting on great, great grandmother’s handkerchief!

Special thanks to Kyle for helping me out that day and capturing this cool shoe shot (Jaclynn loves shoes!) and the photos of Radley getting ready.

Jaclynn was really happy with all of her bridesmaids shoes (and her mom’s!).  I love that each had their own personal look, yet they were all tied together in one sandal style.

These shepard’s hooks were a DIY detail made by the bride and her family.  Hydrangeas were my wedding flowers, so I have a little soft spot for these!

How perfectly sweet is the look on Radley’s face as he watched Jaclynn and her dad walk down the aisle?

I told you I was smiling at this wedding; how could I not?!

Here’s a perfectly relaxed bridal party if I’ve ever seen one …

And a perfectly-in-love couple.  Gosh, I love you two!!

Always a treat when the groom picks up the bouquet.  :)

And I couldn’t help but smile even more when I saw Radley sharing a laugh with Jaclynn’s mother.  What a great moment!

Truly a joyous day …

Jaclynn and Radley thank you both so much for having me there to photograph your wedding.  It was a true honor!  All the best to you!

Lauren + Greg | A Long Branch Engagement Session

The beach was the perfect location for Lauren and Greg’s engagement session.  They were both so at home walking together in the sand, and equally at home in each other’s arms.  My heart melted a few time during this session – real emotion made for gorgeous photographs, and a seriously happy photographer!

We went under the boardwalk for these!

Too cool for school.  ;)

Love. ♥

After a break for dinner, we finished up with some fun low-light photography.  Who knew a parking lot could look so sexy?

Lauren and Greg, you two make one incredibly beautiful couple.  Now, do we really have to wait a whole year for your wedding?  :)  Thanks again for making this such a fabulous shoot!

Jen + Anthony | Boscobel | A Garrison, New York Wedding

I am so in love with the images from Jen and Anthony’s amazing wedding last Saturday!

Jen’s flowers were done by Ariston Florist.  Her bouquet was a waterfall of perfect paper-white orchids!  And pearls were everywhere at this wedding – worn by Jen, her mother, and other family members – love!

The ceremony took place at Boscobel – where the view is truly incredible.

So happy!  Just after the ceremony!

Their cake was surrounded by fresh strawberries and blackberries.  In my opinion, a perfect place to shoot a detail of the rings!

Each table was named by Chinese characters, and an English definition graced the back of the cards.  Beautiful!

The reception took place at James House Mansion which is oh-so gorgeous.

Love these little details of the escort cards (Chinese characters named each table), and the beautiful pearls worn by Jen after she changed into her second dress of the day:

Their cake was expertly designed by Cakeline:

Jen and Anthony – Congratulations!  You two are GORGEOUS!  I feel so honored to have been a part of your wedding day!
